These terms govern your use of Presentou ("we", "us") at presentou.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Presentou is

Presentou lets you create a gift registry and event website and share it with your guests. Guests send gifts directly to the payment accounts you list (such as Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or a bank account). Presentou never receives, holds or transfers gift money and is not a party to the payment between you and your guests.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registry, including your payment details.
• You must have the right to use any photos and text you upload.
• You may not use Presentou for fraud, illegal fundraising, or to collect money under false pretenses.
• We may suspend registries that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Payments to guests' hosts

Payments between guests and hosts happen entirely in third-party apps and banks, under their own terms and fees. We cannot reverse, refund or recover those payments. Disputes about a gift must be resolved between the guest and the host (and their payment provider).

Publication fee

Publishing a registry costs a one-time fee shown before checkout, which keeps the registry online for 12 months. The fee is processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Presentou available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
